About this class
This class is suitable for babies and their adults from 12 weeks to pre mobile. Each class is 1 hour long and can be booked per term, month or by date, so you never need to pay for a class you know you will miss.
All classes deepen the bond between adult and baby, giving both confidence in how to be together physically and how to connect emotionally. Baby yoga helps to develop and stimulate your baby's brain, the circulation of their blood, aids natural deep sleep, helps combat the discomfort of gas, colic and reflux and brings deep joy and fun to your baby's life.
There are lots of benefits for adults too! We practice gentle exercise at the appropriate level for your postpartum body regaining strength and awareness of your core and pelvic floor muscles. There is a connection to your breath and how to practice relaxation techniques with or around your baby.
