About this class
Mobile Baby Yoga is suitable for babies that can crawl, roll, sit or even stand independently up to roughly 16/18 months old.
All classes deepen the bond between adult and baby, giving both confidence in how to be together physically and how to connect emotionally. Baby yoga helps to develop and stimulate your baby's brain, the circulation of their blood, aids natural deep sleep, helps combat the discomfort of gas, colic and reflux and brings deep joy and fun to your baby's life.
There are lots of benefits for adults too! We practice gentle exercise at the appropriate level for your postpartum body regaining strength and awareness of your core and pelvic floor muscles. There is a connection to your breath and how to practice relaxation techniques with or around your baby.
Each class is a progression on the week before and no two classes will ever be exactly the same. We have lots of songs and rhymes which allows you the opportunity to try out these moves at home outside class.
