About this class
A 60 minute fitness class designed to help rebuild your strength and core under the guidance of a postnatal qualified instructor. Build friendships with other mums in the area and bring your baby - all non walkers welcome. Class numbers are limited to allow suitable support and challenge.
This class will use a mixture of body weight and weighted exercises. Please bring a mat and water.
