About this class
Join us for a friendly, welcoming fitness class designed especially for mums who want to move, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. In this safe and supportive environment, you can exercise confidently while your baby stays right by your side.
Our sessions focus on strengthening pelvic floor, core, incorporating functional movements that make everyday life easier. Each exercise comes with plenty of variations and adaptations, allowing you to work at your own pace, progress week by week, and feel confident no matter your fitness level or stage of postnatal recovery.
The class is relaxed and flexible—because we know babies (and toddlers!) can be wonderfully unpredictable. Whether you need to pause for a feed, a cuddle, or a snack break, we simply adapt and go with the flow.
Older children are welcome too, making this a truly family-friendly space where mums can look after themselves while their children are happily included.
