About Deeside Fitness

My name is Rhona, and I run Deeside Fitness, a fitness business offering personal training and group fitness classes in Durris and Banchory area, with a special focus on pre and postnatal exercise.
I am a mum of two, and love supporting other parents on their postnatal exercise journey.
I’m passionate about helping mums navigate their return to exercise safely, focusing on functional strength, confidence, and long-term wellbeing. Just as importantly, my classes provide a strong social support network. Friendships are formed, coffees are shared, walks happen after class.
I truly believe the mental and emotional benefits of exercise are just as important as the physical ones, especially during the postnatal period. At Deeside Fitness, you’ll find expert guidance, understanding, and a supportive community every step of the way.
