"'Mum and Baby Fitness led by Rhona is great because Rhona has really great knowledge about how to safely rebuild strength and fitness after your pregnancy. Rhona easily adapts the exercises to your level of fitness, so there is a challenge for everyone. I really enjoy the group and social aspect of the class, its a great way to meet other mums.
