A fitness class you can take your baby (or babies) to!

MumFit is a first of its kind fitness class in Aberdeen for pregnant and postpartum Mums who want to get back into - or start - their fitness journey.
We work in collaboration with Reform Physio and Pilates to offer a workout class incorporating rehab focused movements, helping you build strength, fitness and confidence in exercising.

The best part - absolutely anyone can do this as our class is scaled to meet you wherever you’re at with your pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
