About this class
Our 1-hour recreational classes are led by our experienced coaching team, where gymnasts will have the opportunity to take part in a structured class consisting of a warm-up game, stretching and time on apparatus, including floor, vault, bars, and beam. Our recreational classes are suitable for children aged 5 years and over.
We currently have spaces available on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
