Postnatal & Baby Yoga
Yoga for mum (or dad/grandparent/caregiver) and baby! A perfect opportunity for mum to gently move and rebuild strength postpartum while also having baby by your side. Lots of baby yoga and songs are weaved into the class too, creating a beautiful bonding experience. Very relaxed and baby led in a welcoming and supportive environment guided by qualified yoga instructor, Laura Ross. Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (or 8-12 weeks post caesarean delivery) up to pre-crawling babies. Stay on for a cuppa and homemade treat at the end of the last class of the course!
