This class is an opportunity to move, breathe, balance and relax safely in a class designed to support you with your pregnancy journey. This class will be a mixture of movement, breathwork, relaxation and additional yogic techniques to support you. Classes end with chats and snacks - an opportunity to connect with other mums and build your support system.
