Family Fit is a fun, circuit-style fitness class designed for parents to move, exercise and feel good while their children are welcome alongside them. What to expect: • Great music • A relaxed, supportive atmosphere • Exercises that can be adapted for all fitness levels • A welcoming, inclusive environment for the whole family ⸻ 👶 Children & Families All children and families are welcome. A soft play/relaxation area and an exercise mat will be provided so little ones can play, relax or stay close while you take part. Please bring: • Fitness wear & trainers • Water • For younger children: blankets if helpful • For older children: books, tablets or iPads (at parents’ discretion)
